Bangi, 20 April 2025. The 4th Annual General Meeting and Hari Raya Celebration for this year has finally been successfully held. Just like the previous year, this annual event was organized at the same venue — Hotel Tenera, Bandar Baru Bangi. Squadmate who had the opportunity and made time came with their wives and children, while some attended alone.
As usual, the squadmate were deeply engaged in conversations and light-hearted banter after not meeting for quite some time. They caught up on each other’s current situations, particularly health matters, given that many are approaching their 60s. There were no formal proceedings such as speeches. The event began with a delicious lunch, featuring a variety of traditional snacks and additional dishes that were truly appetizing. Meals like these are rarely enjoyed at home and usually only on special occasions like this.
Around 1:20 PM, the annual general meeting commenced, chaired by Kamarul, representing Jafri who was unable to attend.
The meeting was also joined online by squadmate who couldn’t attend in person. It began with the confirmation of the previous AGM minutes. This was followed by the of the 2024 financial report and discussion of other meeting agendas.
The meeting was adjourned at around 2:30 PM and followed by a group photo session. Heartfelt appreciation and thanks go out to all the skots involved, especially those who prepared for the AGM and those who attended both in person and online.
